Position 2: Lab technician for brain measurement using an EEG device Expected work hour and pay rate                 $15/hour & 8 hours / week & 40 weeks (part-time student work) Job description The student worker will assist Dr. Sungyoung Kim in collecting EEG responses. The student will need to schedule an experiment with participant(s) and prepare pre-measurement process of EEG measurement. Also, he or she will need to document a demographic information of participant(s) and clean the device after the measurement. If wanted and qualified, a research opportunity using the data and experiment will be provided. Position 1: Android audio programmer Expected work hour and pay rate $20/hour & 30 hours/ week & 10 weeks (co-op) Or                $20/hour & 8 hours / week & 30 weeks (part-time student work) Job description The co-op applicant will be required to develop a standalone ANDROID app that can [1] generate a specific audio signal (swept-sine tone) for measurement, [2] record a response of a target unit (or acoustic enclosure) to the audio signal [3] do a frequency response analysis of the recorded signal, and [4] reconstruct response for the use of audio convolution with any sound source.
